Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of Check-In.


Credit Card Authorization:
Guests are required to place a credit card on file to cover any incidentals, add-ons, or damage incurred during their stay. This card will remain accessible to Seawall Motel until 14 days after check-out. At this time the card will become locked by our credit card processer preventing additional charges for your security.


Smoking Policy
Seawall Motel is a smoke free facility and smoking in rooms is prohibited. Rooms returned with smoke odor will be fined $250 for cleaning fees. Smoking is permitted at designated outdoor areas around the property. Marijuanna is prohibited from the property at all times.


Pet Policy

Seawall Motel is a dog friendly establishment with two available rooms for use by guests with dogs. At this time we do not allow cats or any other pets to stay at the motel, additionally we do not allow any pets at the condos. Guests who wish to bring a dog with them should contact the front desk to check for availability and to complete the dog addendum to this terms of service. Guests who choose to bring a dog with them will incur a flat $125 cleaning fee for normal deep cleaning. Additional charges will be assessed in the event of staining or damages.


Quiet Hours: 8:30PM to 6:30AM
Guests are asked to please be conscious of their activities, and courteous to their neighbors during nighttime hours. Taking advantage of the cool ocean breeze, many guests sleep with their windows open, we ask you to use your “inside voice” even when outside during the evening. Guests found to be making excessive noise, that may disturb other guests, may be asked to leave the property without refund. 


EV Charging:
Seawall Motel has available to its guests, at no additional cost, three EV charging posts. This parking is reserved for Electrical Vehicle charging only. Once your vehicle is charged, please move your vehicle to the lot so that other guests may use these stations. Visitors are welcome to use our chargers for a small fee, please see the office for details.

Cancellation Policies

Please read our cancellation policy carefully as we generally do not make exceptions. Please understand the difference in cancellations policies for regular rooms versus TideWatch condo suites.


Motel Room:
- Guests may cancel their reservations up to 2 days prior to check-in with absolutely no penalty. Any money collected will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests inside of 2 days will incur a charge of a 1 night stay per room reserved. If you fail to cancel the reservation and do not check-in also known as a no-call/no-show we will charge a 1 night stay to the card on file.

- Guests may elect to check-out early but there will be no discount or refund for doing so.
*Additional restrictions may apply to group bookings of 5 rooms or more.


TideWatch Suite:
- Guests may cancel their reservations up to 2 weeks prior to check-in with absolutely no penalty any money collected will be refunded.
- Cancellation requests inside of 2 week window will incur a charge of 1 a night stay per suite reserved

- Guests may elect to check-out early but there will be no discount or refund for doing so.


Fee schedules are not limiting and cannot cover all potential scenarios. Additional fees will be disclosed via the email on file before charging the card on file. Below are our standard supplemental fees.
Key Replacement - $25 per key
Cot Rental - $10 per night
Additional Adult - $30 per night
Late Check-Out - $25 per room
Late Suite Check-Out - $50 p/hr
Coffee Mug Purchase - $13 per mug
EV Charging (Non-Guest) $10 per session (3 hours)
Heavy Cleaning Fee - $250 (See pet policy)
Damage to Furnishing – Cost of Replacement
